Across Patches and Service Packs

Patches are designed to subsequently install the latest changes to the program within a defined updated version of Across. The latest patch is designed for those who already run version 4.00.0 (you can find the version number in the Across main menu under /Help/About Across).

Basic Points before Starting

  • Please read this page completely before updating.
  • Further information can be found in our current documentation and our FAQs. If you have any queries, please contact our support team before updating.
  • You require administration rights for each computer.
  • We recommend backing up all Across data (or that of the complete computer) before starting each update.
  • The latest patch includes all patches available for this defined updated version of Across and the installation of any possibly existing older patches is not necessary.
  • Please note that you should arrange with your customer about updating before you start.

A detailed overview of the new features is available in the What's new document. The complete documentation is available in our Documentation Center.
