Across Updates
Updates bring your existing version of Across up to date with the latest changes.
Basic Points before Starting
- Please read this page completely before updating.
- In particular, please take notice of the update instructions in the Across Update Guide.
- Further information can be found in our current documentation and our FAQs. If you have any queries, please contact our support team before updating.
- You require administration rights for each computer.
- We recommend backing up all Across data (or that of the complete computer) before starting each update.
- Please note that you should arrange with your customer about updating before you start.
After you have downloaded and unzipped the update package:
- Make sure you have administrator rights for the PC in question.
- Close Across.
- Run the file setup.exe (e.g. via the Windows start menu 'Run', select the file setup.exe and conclude by clicking 'OK').
- Restart Across.
